Our goats stand for sustainability and companionship. As an integral part of our winery and land, they serve as loyal grazers in our distinguished appellation of Paso Robles. Beautifying our vineyards, they support fire and frost control, foraging over the brush in our diverse terroir of rolling hills, river bottoms, vast flatlands, and mountainsides.

TASTING NOTES

This beautiful Paso Robles wine is loaded with flavors of luscious dark fruit, including Bing cherry and ripe plum. Touches of baking spice, vanilla and oak highlight the fruit while adding layers of complexity on the mid-palate. The finish is well balanced with slight acidity and fine tannins, making this a fantastic wine for any occasion! We suggest pairing with rich cheeses, steak sandwiches, or grilled Portobello mushrooms.
